Interesting take on how they adjust pricing of their services based on the customer. They don’t.

I think it’s a fair way to go by not having different pricing. We make donations on occasion at Foojee, but our prices are consistent and publicly available for all of our customers.

Most of these points are also listed in 37signals.com’s new book REWORK, but it’s nice to see David discuss/argue it in an interview. Two specific things that I took from it was:

Your success is measured by how much good you were able to bring to the world.
The whole point of a business is to make a profit. Revenues mean shit if there’s no earnings on top of it. Of course this is not a new idea, rather a reality check that big numbers aren’t necessarily all that important.
